Notably, the nearest golf complex is strategically positioned just 50 km from the Samsung Thai Nguyen factory and approximately 80 km from Noi Bai International Airport. These golf course complexes are strategically located with convenient transportation access, with some situated near the Thai Nguyen – Cho Moi expressway. Nestled within rolling hills, natural valleys, and scenic waterways, these sites offer breathtaking landscapes ideal for world-class golf courses and premium resort real estate (a detailed appendix of the planned golf course complexes is attached).
